Breakfast –

Coffee w/ half-n-half – 40

Lunch –
Protein Bar – 270
Lunch Total – 270

Snack –
1 tbs peanut butter – 94
1 oz mixed nuts – 115
Snack Total – 209

Supper –
6 oz skinless baked chicken – 213
1 cup asparagus w/ onions – 40
Supper Total – 253

Day 12 Total Calories – 1064

Liquid Intake –
30 oz water
80 oz lite iced tea (unsweetened)

Exercise –
1 Chair Warrior workout

Today was a very busy day and when I added up my calories I realized I was about 250 under, so I suppose that is not a good thing to do. I certainly won’t make a habit of it but I did realize I was not hungry and I was not thinking about eating at all.

Tomorrow is family dinner night so it will be my cheat meal for the week, hamburger mac-n-cheese with salad, woot woot! So far there hasn’t been much I have missed, I am not that big on sweets, my weakness is savory things like crackers, chips and cheese. I normally eat a lot more cheese and I am missing it a bit. However for the first time I think ever, I want to win this battle more than I want the food!

I have always been an emotional eater, it’s a big part of the reason I got here, but now the feeling of knowing I am really doing something good for myself is overriding the urge to eat. That little voice is almost gone, and to it I say Good Riddance!!
