6 oz Pork El Pastor – 345
10 spears steamed asparagus – 30

Day Nine Total Calories – 1231

Liquid Intake –
40 oz water
80 oz lite iced tea (unsweetened)

Exercise –
30 Minutes assisted walking
1 Chair warrior yoga workout

Today was a good day but I am really tired tonight. I stuck to my eating plan really well and got all of my exercise in. I am a bit sore from the yoga workouts, lol.

I’m feeling a bit impatient tonight, wishing I was further along in this process. I am reminding myself that I didn’t get here overnight and I won’t get out of this overnight. I do have to say that I think this is going to work. I have tried so many times to lose weight over the years and have been able to do it, but I always let myself gain it back. But this time it feels different, I feel more confident in what I am doing and the approach I am taking. Slow and steady is going to win the race this time, I just have to keep reminding myself of that.
