Weight Lost Week One – 7lbs

Woot Woot!! Seven pounds down!! I know that probably half of that is water weight and it won’t come off that fast anymore, but it is certainly a great start!!

Today was a great day, I stayed on track with my eating and I did two yoga workouts. It feels really good to have one week down and feeling so motivated to continue on.

The DDP Yoga app I am using has Motivational Mondays, where Dallas Page gives a short motivational update. What he talked about today was letting things go, and it really resonated with me. When I started this book, one of my intentions was to talk about how and why I ended up weighing so much, but now I realize that doesn’t matter. I know how and why I got here and I need to leave it in the past and move on. If I keep talking about it, I am dwelling on it and that has no value. What does have value is keeping my mind on my goals and moving forward, so that is what I am going to do!
